Why text?

We are grooming throughout the day and can respond more easily to texts.

How long does grooming take?

Typically we ask 3 1/2 to 4 hours per grooming block.

Will my dog stay all day?

No, we complete grooms in a timely manner.

How will I know when ready?

We'll text you.

Can my dog stay longer?

Usually, yes.

How much does it cost?

Varies based on size and service level.

How much are the extras?

Nothing.   Everything upgrade is already included.

Do you groom all breeds?

All dogs, yes.  No cats.

Can I bring a photo?

Yes, we encourage it.

Why doesn't it match exactly?

Each dog's coat is different and sometimes the hair will lay differently than the one in the photo.

What about doodles?

We'll talk through your preferences at drop off to clarify your desired look.

What if my dog is matted?

We'll choose the safest, most comfortable option.

How often should they get groomed?

Based on your preference and the dog's needs but most clients set a 6-8 week recurring appointment.

Can I request a specific groomer?

Yes!!  Absolutely!  We all work really hard to provide the best groom but also realize that each stylist is an individual artist with a unique style.
